We supply high quality knitted solid dyed fabrics for making bra. With and without elastane, blends like cotton, viscose, modal, bamboo. comfortable, breathable with good stretch, not easy to deform, pilling or wear out.
Printed on world class printing machine like stolmac with maxmium of 10 colors and width possible 50" to 75"

Bamboo / Modal Blends

• Composition: 50–70% Modal or Bamboo, 20–30% Nylon, 10–20% Elastane
• Weight: 130–200 gsm
• Use: Everyday/comfort bras, linings
• Key Properties: Ultra-soft, anti-bacterial, biodegradable fibers, good moisture management

Spacer Fabric

• Composition: 75–85% Polyester, 15–25% Elastane
• Weight: 250–400 gsm
• Construction: 3D knit with hollow core between two fabric faces
• Use: Molded cup construction (replaces foam padding)
• Key Properties: Breathable air channels, shape retention, lightweight, machine washable

Why TENCEL™ for Bras?

Advantages:

Challenges / Considerations:

• Fibrillation risk → bio-polishing/enzyme finish is mandatory
• Lower elasticity than nylon → must be blended with elastane
• Higher cost than conventional nylon/polyester cup lining
• Requires gentle wash care labeling (30°C, delicate cycle)
